Windows into History

 Jefferson's "Windows Into History" team began in January 2022 to design, purchase and install see-through glass panels showing historic scenes in various locations. 

Thereby bringing history to life. 

Your "Windows Into History" team met in Nov. 2023 to approve Howard Blatch's artwork of the original historic Haywood House Hotel on south Market Street. Included is a glimpse looking east down Dallas Street. We will soon order Window #3 to be located on the west side of the current Haywood House Restaurant & Cocktail Bar parking lot.

We should install our 3rd Window Into History by early Spring. We appreciate the cooperation of Alan and Teresa Ponder to place this Window on/near their property. "see photo above of the team members"
